Orders Payment Delivery Returns Support

Placing an order follows a familiar path — find what you need, add it to your basket, and complete checkout. The steps below describe what happens at each stage:

  1. Browse the range. Use the menu or search field to locate items. Product pages show available options, specifications, and current pricing.
  2. Add to your basket. Select any required options, then add the item. The basket can be reviewed and adjusted at any point before checkout.
  3. Confirm delivery details. Enter a delivery address and choose from the shipping options shown for your location.
  4. Choose a payment method. Pick from the options listed at checkout. Any available discount code can be applied at this stage.
  5. Review and submit. The final summary shows items, delivery charges, taxes where applicable, and the total. Submitting the order completes the purchase.
  6. Confirmation. A message confirming receipt of the order is sent right away. A further notice follows once the order has been dispatched.

If anything goes wrong during checkout — a page that will not load, a payment that keeps failing — write to support@vejastore.com with a short description and a screenshot if possible.

The exact set of options available to you appears at checkout and may vary slightly by region. In general, the following are supported:

  • Major credit and debit cards — including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
  • Digital wallets — such as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay where available
  • Regional methods — any local options shown for your billing country at the time of purchase

All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout. If your card is issued in a different currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and possibly a small foreign transaction fee.

Payment information is handled with a security-first approach, and several layers of protection are in place:

  • Encrypted transmission. Details travel between your browser and the payment processor over an encrypted connection.
  • Third-party processing. Card and wallet data are entered directly into systems operated by established payment providers; complete credentials are not retained on our infrastructure.
  • Tokenization. Where supported, card numbers are replaced with tokens so the underlying details remain out of reach.
  • Ongoing monitoring. Transactions are screened for signs of fraud, and security arrangements are reviewed periodically.

No system is completely immune to risk, but these measures reflect standard practice for online commerce. If you notice anything unusual on your account, get in touch right away.

Delivery is available to a growing list of destinations. The checkout page will confirm whether shipping is offered to a given address before payment is taken.

Broadly, coverage includes:

  • North America — across the United States and Canada
  • Europe — most major markets, including the UK, Germany, and France
  • Oceania — Australia and New Zealand
  • Other selected regions — as shown at checkout or upon enquiry

Rates, estimated transit times, and any applicable customs duties depend on the destination. If your country does not appear as a shipping option and you would like to order, write to support@vejastore.com and the team can advise.

Two timeframes matter: how long it takes to prepare an order for dispatch, and how long the carrier then takes to deliver it.

Preparation. Orders are typically packed and handed to the carrier within one to two business days. Orders placed late in the day or around public holidays may take slightly longer.

Transit. Once dispatched, estimated delivery windows are broadly:

  • Domestic standard — roughly three to seven business days
  • Domestic expedited — around two to three business days
  • International standard — commonly seven to twenty-one business days

Transit estimates are not guarantees. Weather events, customs inspection, and peak demand periods can extend timelines. A tracking reference is provided once the carrier has collected the parcel.

When an order leaves the warehouse, a dispatch notice is sent containing the carrier name and a tracking reference. That reference can be entered on the carrier's own website to see current status and estimated delivery.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch
  • If a tracking page shows no movement for several days, the carrier may still be processing the parcel at an intermediate hub
  • Where the notice has not arrived, check the spam or promotions folder first, then write to support@vejastore.com with the order reference

Most items can be returned within thirty days of delivery, provided they are unused, in a resalable condition, and still carry their original tags and packaging.

The usual route is:

  1. Write in. Contact support@vejastore.com with the order reference and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Receive authorisation. The team reviews the request and, if it qualifies, issues a return authorisation number together with instructions.
  3. Send the item back. Repack securely and dispatch to the address provided. Using a trackable service is strongly recommended.

Customised or made-to-order items sit outside the standard return scope unless they arrive faulty. Final-sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Full conditions are set out on the returns policy page.

Refunds are issued once a returned item has arrived back and passed inspection. From that point:

  • Approval and processing typically take five to seven business days
  • The funds return to the original payment method
  • Your bank or payment provider may add a further few days before the amount is visible on your statement

Original outbound shipping charges are not normally refunded unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was sent. Where a return is due to an error on our side, the return postage is also covered.

Every order is checked before it leaves, but damage in transit can still occur. Where it does, the situation is resolved at no additional cost.

  1. Get in touch within seven calendar days of delivery
  2. Include clear photographs of the damage or defect, along with a short written description
  3. Choose between a full refund and a free replacement of the affected item

Keeping the original packaging until the issue is resolved makes the process smoother, since the carrier may request it as part of a claim.

Write to support@vejastore.com with as much relevant detail as possible — order reference, the nature of the issue, and any screenshots that help explain it. The more context provided, the quicker a useful reply can be sent.

Messages are monitored throughout the working week. A response is usually sent within one to two business days, though busy periods can occasionally lengthen that slightly.
